The Exero™ System’s focus is on neutral spine and restoring balance to a body.  In a vertical position or lying down, utilizing the cables or spring work, the possibilities of all the different moves are endless. Although most of the exercises focus on the traditional Joseph Pilates moves, some moves have been updated for a more contemporary approach. The results are astounding, increased flexibility, stronger upper and lower back muscles, and a smaller waistline.
